Surveyor Accompanied Viewings

BuildPerception are now offering “WalkAround Surveys” where we attend a property viewing with you to identify any defects that may be present, talking you through the defects and possible remedies, costs and implications, all while at the property so that you come away fully informed with the correct information before you make your offer.

During the inspection you can expect your surveyor to view the loft space, test for damp, check that structural openings have been formed correctly, make a structural assessment looking for subsidence, heave, settlement, wall tie failure etc, lift up drain covers, check the roof, look at the heating and electrical systems and discuss any concerns that you may have. 

There is no written report, all of our findings will be relayed to you verbally while still at the property.
